ABOUT OUR HOSPITAL
Creswell Veterinary Hospital is a full service small animal veterinary hospital in downtown Creswell. We have been in our current location at 345 W. Oregon Avenue since July of 1998. Dr. Sheri Schlorman became primary veterinarian in October of 1999 and purchased the practice in January 2003.
Our building was expanded and extensively remodeled in early 2009.
Appointments and Emergencies
We attempt to schedule our appointments in such a manner as to eliminate waiting periods. However, emergencies do occur and may delay our schedule. If you have an emergency, please phone ahead to ensure our staff can be prepared to accommodate and evaluate your pet as soon as possible. We do refer to the Emergency Veterinary Hospital 1821 Pioneer Parkway Springfield 541-746-0112 and Wilvet South 444 W B St Springfield 541-838-0577 for emergencies after-hours and cases we cannot accommodate. They are open 24 hours . If your pet is seen at another hospital, please ask that medical records be forwarded to us
Appointments are normally scheduled between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm with a break mid-day for surgery and lunch. We schedule surgeries and dental procedures on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you would like to schedule a routine surgery such as a spay or neuter, please call our office – please keep in mind that our surgical schedule may be booked a few weeks out, so plan your appointment accordingly. We will do our best to find a day that works for you. Non-routine surgeries are scheduled as soon as possible after an examination is completed.
If you are a new client to our hospital, thank you for choosing our hospital. We look forward to meeting you and your pet. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out paperwork.

We appreciate the need for a clear understanding between you and our staff regarding payment arrangements. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks, cash, pet insurance, and Care Credit
